So if you follow me on Instagram, you’ll probably know about my rather exciting news – I’m publishing another book! Yep, it’s here, it’s happening, and I’m mega excited to reveal the cover to Let’s Eat!
Let’s Eat! contains everything you need to know to enjoy incredible meat-free dishes in a straightforward, cost-effective way. You don’t need obscure ingredients or high-tech equipment. This is simple, delicious food. The sort of thing I cook day in, day out. Food that brings me joy.
I’ve structured it into three main sections:
• Batch cooking – freezable dishes, each with *four different ways* of using a portion once you’ve reheated it so you're not eating the same thing over and over again. Joy.
• 'Building block' non-freezable things that can be a part of lots of dishes – make once, use three completely different ways. V helpful.
• Whole curated menus for everything from 2 people up to a crowd... from romantic dinners to brunch parties and family weeknight dinners. Handy.
