This is our ‘House Dressing’ at the café. We’ve been making it the same way
for years. It goes on our salads but is also an integral part of some of our
sandwiches, most notably our Grandma’s Egg and Onion. Honey, mustard
and balsamic dressings are a bit Nineties, aren’t they? We don’t care.
This dressing is lush.
Put everything into a clean jar and shake really hard.
Taste and adjust to your personal preference.
150ml extra virgin olive oil
50ml balsamic vinegar
1 tbsp wholegrain mustard
1 tbsp runny honey
Makes approximately 230ml
